Tetiana Blyzniuk

She has over 15 years of experience in civil society, public policy, and international law. At the Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting, she is responsible for strategic project planning, donor reporting, stakeholder engagement, and sub-grant administration.

Her professional background includes leadership roles in prominent Ukrainian civil society organizations, including the Regional Human Rights Centre, the Centre of Policy and Legal Reform, and the International Centre for Policy Studies. In these positions, Tetiana developed extensive expertise in project management, fundraising, monitoring and evaluation, and building institutional partnerships. She has also contributed to policy research and analysis, particularly in the areas of decentralization and human rights.

She holds a Master’s degree in International Public Law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, where her thesis focused on the legal foundations of the international nuclear non-proliferation regime. She also holds a degree in Marketing from Dnipropetrovsk University of Economics and Law and completed specialized training in local governance at Oslo Metropolitan University (Norway).

She is fluent in Ukrainian, English, and Spanish, and has working proficiency in German. Her recent achievements include coordinating EU emergency support for Ukrainian civil society organizations in response to the war in Ukraine.
