RISE Ukraine

RISE Ukraine is a coalition of Ukrainian and international civil society organizations, public institutions, experts, and activists working to promote transparent, accountable, and effective reconstruction of Ukraine. The initiative advances principles of integrity, open data, and public participation, develops digital solutions for the country’s recovery, and fosters cooperation between the government, international partners, businesses, and civil society.
