ICTV | Even a Few Centimeters of Curb Can Be a Major Barrier: assessing accessibility in Irpin’s new developments

Ukraine is rebuilding while also striving to become more accessible and inclusive. As part of IER’s “Ukraine Recovery Spending Watchdog” project, civil society activists have assessed nearly 100 reconstructed sites, including schools, healthcare facilities, residential buildings, and administrative offices. Most were found to be either inaccessible or only partially accessible for people with reduced mobility.
