The Government of France

The Government of France is one of Ukraine’s key international partners, supporting reforms, strengthening institutional capacity, European integration, and the country’s recovery. France supports public administration reform, the development of local governance and decentralisation, as well as bringing Ukraine closer to European Union standards. An important area of its assistance is infrastructure recovery and the restoration of essential services in local communities, particularly in water supply, transport, healthcare, and municipal infrastructure.
