Ukraine’s recovery requires significant budgetary and donor resources, and their use must be transparent and accountable. This is why the Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting, the Centre for Economic Strategy, and Technologies of Progress launched a monthly monitoring initiative as part of the “Control of Recovery Spending in Ukraine” project, funded by the European Union.
During the presentation, experts outlined the main objectives of the monitoring initiative, presented the Big Recovery Portal online platform, and shared insights from international recovery experience.
