Business Ombudsman Council

The Business Ombudsman Council (BOC), established in 2014, is an independent institution dedicated to protecting the legitimate rights and interests of businesses in their interactions with public authorities. It promotes open dialogue between businesses and government bodies, reviews complaints about misconduct by public authorities, and helps resolve disputes out of court.
