Ievheniia Ovsiannikova
Operations and Procurement Manager
Ievheniia Ovsiannikova has been with the Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting (IER) since 2018. She is responsible for the Institute’s operational and administrative support, procurement of goods and services, and serves as Secretary to the Tender Committee.
She holds a degree in Instrument Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.”
Before joining IER, she spent 16 years working for a state-owned company, where she held positions as Secretary, Executive Assistant to the General Director, and Head of the General Office Control Unit.
