Since joining the Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting (IER) in 2001, he has been responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of the Institute’s IT infrastructure and providing technical support to its staff. His responsibilities include the administration of computer systems, network infrastructure, software, and information services.
He combines extensive technical expertise with a strong service-oriented approach. Committed to maintaining a secure and efficient IT environment, he values collaboration and is dedicated to delivering practical and effective solutions that support the Institute’s work.
He holds a degree in Software for Automated Systems from the Kharkiv Aviation Institute (KhAI), which provides the foundation for his long-standing expertise in information technology.
