Olena Rubanik

Olena Rubanik has been with the Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting (IER) since 2016.

She provides organizational and administrative support for the implementation of the Institute’s projects. She coordinates the preparation and delivery of events, liaises with participants and partners, oversees project documentation, and facilitates effective collaboration across project teams. She also contributes to the organization of expert discussions, training sessions, public events, and other project activities, ensuring their smooth preparation and successful implementation.

Prior to joining IER, she worked as a Specialist in the Coordination Unit supporting the Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.

She holds a degree from Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics.
