Olha Sverdlova-Burzak
Finance Department Assistant
Olha Sverdlova-Burzak has more than 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, document management, and administrative support. She joined the Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting (IER) in 2024.
At IER, she is responsible for processing financial documentation and reporting for donor-funded projects, preparing supporting documentation, and providing financial and administrative support for project implementation.
Prior to joining IER, she built extensive professional experience in the insurance and accounting sectors. She worked at Insurance Company Providna LLC, where she advanced from Lead Specialist to Head of the Operational Accounting Department. She also held positions as Assistant Accountant and Accountant at MOF LLC and Confitrade LLC.
She holds a degree in Law. She graduated from the Kirovohrad Agricultural Technical School with a specialization in Law and later earned a degree in the same field from the National University of Internal Affairs.
