Recommendations to Minimize the Potential Negative Impact of Measures on Ukrainian Exporters
The recommendations aim to minimise the potential negative impact of measures in importing countries on Ukrainian exporters and strengthen their positions in these markets. They were developed based on a study conducted in March–May 2025, drawing on an analysis of open-source information and in-depth interviews.
The recommendations cover three key groups: government authorities, business associations, and Ukrainian businesses. They focus on strengthening institutional capacity, developing international business ties, countering disinformation, and enabling Ukrainian companies to enter and establish themselves more effectively in foreign markets.
