Announcing the Winners of the “Learn. Act. Rebuild” Grant Competition

The Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting is pleased to announce the winners of the grant call “Learn. Act. Rebuild. Grant Support for Youth Educational Initiatives“.

The call was conducted from May 6 to June 12 within the framework of the project “Resilience and Engagement for Ukraine: Empowering Civil Society to Address War-Caused Needs and Advance Ukraine along the EU Path” (REU), supported by the European Union.

As a reminder, the goal of the grant call is to support civil society organizations (CSOs) implementing non-formal education programs for youth in the following regions: Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson, and Chernihiv oblasts.

It is expected that the implementation of these initiatives will increase youth participation in non-formal education programs, as well as enhance their skills in digital literacy, leadership, civic responsibility, and psycho-emotional well-being. Furthermore, it will strengthen the organizational capacity of civil society organizations in project management and the provision of educational services. This will also significantly contribute to strengthening youth-led community networks and initiatives.

The list of organizations supported by the Grant Committee:

1. NGO “Grow Society” (Odesa) – Youth in Action: School of Youth Influence for Communities of the Odesa Region.
2. NGO “Initiative Space” (Dnipropetrovsk Region) – Creative Rebuild: A Non-Formal Education and Creative Self-Expression Programme for Youth in the Kamianske Community.
3. NGO “Development of Educational Initiatives” (Sumy Region) – Youth Opportunity Hub: Learn, Act, Rebuild.
4. NGO “LOCUS” (Kyiv) – Research Recreations.
5. NGO “Maidan Monitoring Information Centre” (Kharkiv Region) – Generation of Resilience: A Course for Renewal.
6. NGO “Cultural and Community Centre DRUK” (Kharkiv Region) – DRUK: Space of Practices.
7. Charitable Organization “Rise for Ukraine Foundation” (Dnipropetrovsk Region) – FutureLab: Youth Laboratory of Innovation, STEM and Digital Skills.
8. NGO “Ecological Network of Ukraine” (Kyiv) – one: A Platform for Psychological Support and Psychoeducational Development of Youth, Including Marginalized LGBTQI+ Youth.
