New Monthly Enterprises Survey №47, March 2026 (abridged)

This survey is based on a panel sample of more than 500 enterprises located across 21 of Ukraine’s 27 regions: Vinnytsia, Volyn, Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Zakarpattia, Zaporizhzhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Lviv, Odesa, Poltava, Rivne, Sumy, Ternopil, Kharkiv, Khmelnytskyi, Cherkasy, Chernivtsi, and Chernihiv oblasts, as well as the city of Kyiv.

Fieldwork for the 47th survey wave was conducted from 18 to 31 March 2026. Respondents compared their firms’ performance in March 2026 with that in February 2026, or assessed other indicators as of the time of the survey (March 2026), and provided expectations for the next two to three or six months, depending on the question. For selected indicators (where specified), respondents compared current performance with the pre-war period (before 24 February 2022).
