New Monthly Enterprises Survey №48, April 2026 (abridged)

This survey is based on a panel sample of more than 500 enterprises located across 21 of Ukraine’s 27 regions: Vinnytsia, Volyn, Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Zakarpattia, Zaporizhzhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Lviv, Odesa, Poltava, Rivne, Sumy, Ternopil, Kharkiv, Khmelnytskyi, Cherkasy, Chernivtsi, and Chernihiv regions, as well as the city of Kyiv.

Fieldwork for the 48th wave of the survey was conducted from 20 to 30 April 2026. Business executives assessed their companies’ performance in April relative to March 2026 or reported the current status of other indicators as of the time of the survey (April 2026). They also provided forecasts for the next two to three months or the next six months, depending on the question. For selected questions (where specified), respondents compared current performance with the pre-war period (before 24 February 2022).
