Trade Facilitation Monitoring in Ukraine №104
The August issue of “Trade Facilitation Monitoring in Ukraine” highlights key changes in customs and trade policy that affect the conditions for international trade and the development of customs administration.
The main topics include the government’s reduction of minimum export prices for certain goods, amendments to the action plan for implementing the provisions of the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement, and an update to the State Customs Service’s Strategic Plan for Digital Development through 2030.
The issue also covers the new requirement to declare the IMEI numbers of mobile devices upon import, as well as draft laws proposing the temporary removal of export duties on soybeans, rapeseed and sunflower seeds.
