The analytical report “Reconstruction in Ukraine in 2022–2025: what does civil society monitoring tell us?” presents the findings of the large-scale “Reconstruction Monitoring” grant programme, which ran from March 2024 to October 2025. As part of the programme, 35 civil society organisations monitored the reconstruction of nearly 800 social infrastructure facilities – including housing, education and healthcare facilities, and administrative service centres – across 10 regions of Ukraine.
