Oleksandra Betliy’s research interests include fiscal policy, tax revenue forecasting, and social policy, with a particular focus on healthcare system development and the labour market.
She has contributed to the implementation of international research projects focusing on economic and social policy issues. She completed a course in financial programming at the International Monetary Fund.
Oleksandra Betliy holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy/EERC.
