Iryna Kosse

Iryna Kosse’s research focuses on economic policy, government regulation, European integration, and regulatory impact assessment. Her areas of expertise include transport and logistics, energy markets, the digital economy, international trade, and civil society development.

She has participated in numerous international research projects on economic reforms, the implementation of the EU–Ukraine Association Agreement, energy market development, and transport policy. She is the author and co-author of analytical reports, policy papers, and monographs on economic policy and European integration.

She has taught economics at Rutgers University and Seton Hall University (USA). She holds an MA in Economics from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and a Master’s degree from the EERC program at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
