The Recovery Spending Watchdog №7, March 2024
The Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting, the Centre for Economic Strategy, and Technologies of Progress have presented the seventh issue of The Recovery Spending Watchdog.
The report covers the regulatory framework, the progress and financing of reconstruction, procurement analysis, journalistic investigations, and monitoring of specific areas, including housing, water supply systems, and demining.
The topic of the month is energy efficiency. We examine the regulatory framework and government programmes in this area, the National Action Plan through 2030, as well as the main barriers to energy-efficient housing reconstruction and the steps needed to overcome them.
For more details, see the project materials.
