The Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting, the Centre for Economic Strategy, and Technologies of Progress have presented the thirteenth issue of The Recovery Spending Watchdog.
The report covers the regulatory framework, the progress and financing of reconstruction, procurement analysis, journalistic investigations, and monitoring of specific areas, including water supply systems and demining.
The special focus of the thirteenth issue is whether the construction sector is ready for recovery. We discuss the challenges and prospects facing Ukraine’s construction industry, including the readiness of the construction materials market for large-scale reconstruction.
