The Recovery Spending Watchdog №15, November 2024
The Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting, the Centre for Economic Strategy, and Technologies of Progress have presented the fifteenth issue of The Recovery Spending Watchdog.
The report covers the regulatory framework, the progress and financing of reconstruction, procurement analysis, journalistic investigations, and monitoring of specific areas, including water supply systems and demining.
The special focus of the issue is social housing for internally displaced persons (IDPs). We examine the shortage of social housing in Ukraine, which has become more acute since the start of the full-scale war, the scale of IDPs’ housing needs, and the government’s approaches to providing them with housing.
