Stanislav Yukhymenko
Economist, Researcher
Stanislav joined the Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting (IER) in 2018. He specializes in digital policy, artificial intelligence regulation, open data, and Ukraine’s integration into the European Union. At IER, he researches EU digital legislation and assesses the implications of its implementation in Ukraine.
He is the author and co-author of publications on the state of open data in Ukraine, artificial intelligence regulation, and Ukraine’s approximation to the EU acquis in the field of digital transformation.
He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
